We got a call about a week ago to bid on Cleaning close to 4000 linear ft of Vinyl Fencing on over 4 acres of land which used to be a Horse Farm. The owner had it Pressure Washed about 5 yrs ago with just water and needless to say it was pretty green. We explained our method of using a Soft Wash method to kill off all the Mold and Algae and letting the rain rinse off the dead residue. The owner was a bit reluctant and figured that there was no way it would work. You can imagine his surprise when he began seeing the difference as the Green and Black Mold began dissapearing before his eyes. The last company took 2 full days to complete this same job. We were able to complete it in 4 1/2 hrs. He and his wife we so happy, they actually made us lunch and to top it off gave us a $100.00 tip.
This was just one of 3 jobs we did yesterday. The other 2 jobs were a House Wash, Concrete Cleaning and Pool Deck
